Justin is a lifelong angler and skilled chef whose passions for fishing and food go hand in hand. He started fishing at a young age and was already a camp fishing counselor by 13, helping kids discover the thrill of casting a line. While earning a degree in political science, Justin spent countless nights fishing and later channeled that same dedication into competitive bass tournaments and thousands of hours on the water.

In the kitchen, Justin brings the same focus and creativity. With years of experience in commercial kitchens, he specializes in crafting dishes that highlight fresh, local ingredients and modern culinary techniques. His deep connection to nature and food informs everything he creates — whether it’s preparing the day’s catch or designing thoughtful, seasonal menus.

Today, Justin continues to share his love of fishing by taking clients, friends, and family out on the water, and brings that same joy and authenticity to every plate he serves.
